Michael has fought many of high profile cases in Israel’s Supreme Court including most recently petition on behalf of four Israeli human rights organisations challenging the open fire regulations in force on the Gaza/Israel border, and a case challenging the cconstitutionality of the ‘Regularisation Law,’ which would, if affirmed, confiscate thousands of acres of privately owned Palestinian land and allocate it for settlers.
